The five-day in-person module held on the UC Berkeley campus in California enables you to participate in small group exercises, engage in discussions, and network with accomplished global peers, esteemed faculty, and business leaders. Led primarily by our faculty directors, renowned for their expertise in the digital innovation ecosystem and digital strategy execution, this highly interactive, in-person experience provides participants with a valuable opportunity to leverage the UC Berkeley technology/Silicon Valley ecosystem.
This eight-week short course bridges the foundational concepts gained from Module 1 with application-based strategies to prepare you to effectively leverage AI frameworks in subsequent modules. You will gain an overview of the current capabilities and future potential of artificial intelligence as well as the pitfalls associated with it. The course will enhance your understanding of various aspects of AI to help you communicate effectively with technical teams and colleagues, and learn to organize and manage successful AI application projects, particularly leveraging generative AI models and simulations for prediction.
This short course explores how leading organizations use data as a strategic asset to unlock business value. Guided by faculty with real-world experience, you will follow a structured methodology to design and implement a high-level data strategy, identify impactful use cases, and understand emerging opportunities in AI and automation. You will gain the tools to make data-driven decisions and elevate your role as a strategic leader.
The Global Leadership Campus Immersion is held annually on the UC Berkeley campus in the spring/summer to bring participants of the Berkeley Executive Program in AI and Digital Strategy together. This campus immersion and graduation event gives you the opportunity to interact with peers from your cohort, faculty, industry leaders, and participants from other executive programs such as the CEO and CTO programs.
The three-day event will include an immersion into the UC Berkeley ecosystem, networking opportunities, guest speaker sessions, and other activities to make this a memorable, insightful, and meaningful program culmination experience.

UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education, dba Berkeley Executive Education, is a California nonprofit organization formed for the purpose of operating executive education programs in support of UC Berkeley and the Haas School of Business.
Upon completion of the Berkeley Executive Program in AI and Digital Strategy, participants will be awarded the Certificate of Excellence in AI and Digital Strategy from Berkeley Executive Education.
